Furious with my experience. I filled out a rental application online for one of his properties for rent. I met with Barry I person, filled out a lease agreement and paid my deposit on the place. The house was currently under construction and I was told I'd be notified when it was ready. Barry rented the place out from under me! He told me he had no way of getting ahold of me. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. You can't trust his word, beware for renting his properties!
