Started off okay. Booking was easy and the staff were polite. Dropped my car off Thursday for a serious issue and got a call that afternoon saying they'd investigate further and send a quote for what they'd found. By late Friday, I got a $10,300 quote via text with zero explanation—just a vague "Engine Component - Misc" label. No call, no details. With the shop closing, I had to wait until Monday. If only the salesman wanted a sale…went in to enquire about the new Renault Duster and it was like pulling teeth. No intrest in making a sale. After deciding the Duster’s boot was a it small and telling him I need the same space as the koleos he pointed me to an even smaller car. If he bothered to take out his AirPod we would have had a look at other options or a demo model of the Koleos. So off to Frankston dealship for better service
Amazing service from Tim! He walked me through all aspects of the car, which model would suit me best, endured me pondering over colour choice (poor guy!) and kept me up to date with the buying process. Today at approximately 10 am, my husband was looking at buying a car. However he was NOT served or attended to by anyone!! The sales men inside the office were laughing, were joking, were sipping their lattes and did not bother to come out to speak with him. He was the only person in the car yard therefore they can’t say they were busy with other potential clients. My husband is now very disappointed as we previously bought an expensive car from these people and it seems like the customer service is currently non existence. ... read more
