Run.... Run away...... from it This insurance company is the worst. They told me one price, then raised it after I signed up. It felt like a trick. I had to pay more than I agreed to, and when I called for help, no one gave me a straight answer. They added extra charges for things I didn’t ask for. I felt lied to and used. They only care about taking your money, not helping you. I’m really angry and regret choosing them. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this company — they cannot be trusted.

Insanely pricey insurance....i guess they gotta pay for all those commercials somehow. I plan on switching after 2-4 months. It took forever for a Susan M. to send a declaration to the Toyota dealership. Took several calls and every time I talked to her, she was unprofessional. She even asked me why I had anxiety, which is rude. Well let's see lady, I'm calling at work (when Im not supposed to be on the phone)trying to get insurance info to a dealership so the finance company doesn't come take my car.....good enough reason f... read more
