Insanely pricey insurance....i guess they gotta pay for all those commercials somehow. I plan on switching after 2-4 months. It took forever for a Susan M. to send a declaration to the Toyota dealership. Took several calls and every time I talked to her, she was unprofessional. She even asked me why I had anxiety, which is rude. Well let's see lady, I'm calling at work (when Im not supposed to be on the phone)trying to get insurance info to a dealership so the finance company doesn't come take my car.....good enough reason f... read more
Have had them for years, switched vehicles 3 years ago, and my insurance was cheaper, now 3 years later, and it's hiked up $30 more a month. I did file a complaint with the Mississippi Department of Insurance, you should too!
