Really disappointed to write a negative review. Customer service is sub par and has been for a while. Every time I come in, staff is sitting in the back chatting and more or less playing “nose goes” to help the next in line. While in today, I believe I heard one of the associates ask for assistance from a short girl with black glasses named Amethyst. The biggest issue I have is with service. The food is pretty much as I remember in the original Barry's in Toledo at Westgate. But when I place an order to go, it's never quite right. Today, I ordered an UNSWEET tea with my pick up. I get a sweet tea. Prior, I ordered a corned beef on everything. I got everything (pickle, bagel, cheese) but not the corned beef. This just cost 9.49. They literally threw ham And a piece of cold cheddar cheese on a previously toasted bagel. As in the meat and cheese are not warmed up. Biggest waste of money. Gross. Go literally anywhere else
Service is quick and easy, friendly staff. I had the blueberry bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and wife had the Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese. Both were solid
