Staff is always so rude, I have never had a friendly person when ordering, they make you feel as you are a nuisance and annoying them when trying to order. Today I ordered a drink and a bagel toasted with just a little butter, and the bagel was drenched in butter making it inedible. Never wasting my money for a company who doesn’t care about its customers.

My partner and I both got the farmers eggle. Ive genuinely never had something so uniquely devoid of flavor, even the bacon tasted like nothing. Everything is "cooked" via a microwave in full display of everyone with no shame. The bagels by themselves seem to be cooked fresh, just missing any substance. The only redeeming part of the meal was the oatmeal raisin cookie, which was actually fairly good.

While this is a chain, it's a good chain. The bagels are similar to ones I've had in NYC, hard (or at least harder) crust with chewy interior. Definitely not your pillowy Panera bagels (which is a plus for me!). And they have lots of classic NYC flavors like salt, garlic, and pumpernickel! Pumpernickel is so underrated and hard to find and Barry's had a pretty decent.
