Completely chaotic ordering system. Staff taking orders in the commander, had to repeat our order about four times. I feel like the lady didn't understand what we were saying.
My whole order was wrong. Bagel wasnt toasted as requested. Chips were wrong kind. Drink was missing cream. ** Update 6/19/2026** The orders continue to be consistently wrong. Last week I ordered and they forgot an item. Today I ordered and the bagel was not toasted as requested. Why is there no attention to detail here?
Always a line ! That says a lot about their food. Good price for fresh made in house bagels. Nice customer service. Sometime it take awhile to get through the line bec they are not only slammed with customers inside but they are working on to go online orders as well.
