I went at 7:30 in the morning and they didn't have bagels and didn't smell any baking so I guess they just get their bagels from somewhere and don't make them in shop. Two stars because I get a chuckle when I think of the employee asking/telling me, "Are you here for bagels? 'Cuz we don't have any."
This was my second time here and I’m once again disappointed. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich (online) and asked that they add tomato, green pepper, and red onion. The sandwich didn’t have any of the vegetables I requested. The bagel was hard and all together tasteless. In my opinion the best bagel sandwiches in the area are at Einstein Brothers, unfortunately they were closed at this time. Very nice staff though.
Reason I'm giving 3 Stars is because the second time visiting, the bagels were hard. First time visiting, everything was very good, 5 stars. Would like consistency whenever I purchase food etc. Employees were polite, good customer service both times.
Got a dozen of bagels only to find out 100% of them were stale. Not going back.
