The staff was generally pleasant and friendly. However, I wouldn’t order here again. For a place specifically focused on bagels, I feel like more effort should be made. I got the sesame bagel with egg on it with an orange juice. The egg is cooked in the microwave, I was shocked that this is the case in 2026! Eggs should be made on an actual cooker/grill like other places, so you get the authentic taste.
