We ordered lunch from this location today and unfortunately, we were disappointed. We ordered online and picked it up about 20 mins later. The bagels were not toasted, as ordered, the bagel sandwiches did not have the correct condiments, as ordered and the red onions were the pieces you throw away after cutting them. there is only 2 employees at the front working while 6+ are standing by the registers socializing or on their phones. I am feeling so bad for the employees here that are doing everyone else’s jobs. How stressful for them & honestly sad to see!
