The workers were friendly and greeted my immediately after walking in. They had lots of fresh bagels options and many breakfast and lunch sandwich options that can be made from the bagels.
BEWARE: You used to ALWAYS get 2 veggies included with your bagel purchase (since circa 1980's), they now charge you almost $4 for ONE veggie and DO NOT tell you until you are already PAYING when its too late!!!!! (note, there's a few cents of tax on credit card statement) When I asked about it I was treated RUDE, told it was tariffs and told I could talk (argue) with the manager if I wanted.
Worst experience to stand there while 5 people get their order and what for 12 minutes finally got someone to come over to the register and asked about our order which was sitting in the counter. She went straight over to it and brought it to us. She.gave it to us and when we told ther this was not good she started arguing with us. She also came.over when we had been at the register for wver to ask what kind of bagel he wanted. Obviously out egg had been given to the next customer. Not good. Theres too much to even start with how bad the girl that greeted me made this for me. I hate to even make this type of complaint, but my entire order was wrong. I was on my lunch break at work and I couldn't even go back to make sure it was right. So disappointing because I love visiting here and I may never come back
