Food is always great, but it’s never in stock! I will stand and wait in line for 10 sometimes 20 minutes just for them to tell me they have no chicken salad or no pasta salad. I ordered carry out today and instead of informing me of no pasta salad they just gave me potato salad with no heads up. I could have chosen a different menu item of my choice as I don’t like their potato salad. It’s dry. Ordered a breakfast bagel, bowl of DELICIOUS chicken tortilla soup, and a huge peanut butter cookie st the new Sugarcreek store. GREAT FOOD and the employees were genuinely nice!! I will be returning.
Ordered on line at noon for 12:20. Still waited an additional 15 minutes after I got there. Got home, no breakfast sandwich. Tried to call, they don't take calls when they're busy. Tried the email to tell them I wanted my money back. No... that kicked back not valid. $35 for part of an order and no way to redeem.
