I'm sorry it was 1:30, and there was no staffing to keep the tables cleaned off at lunch time. And I'm sorry I failed to ask for buttered bagel when it was toasted with my cream cheese. I'm sorry I did not see the carry trays and ask for a piece of foil carrying my bagel to the table. There seem like way too many people behind the counter. I think for a $5 bagel and cream cheese I deserved a half a teaspoon more cream cheese
I’ve been coming in for years, and I always return for the food- but I’ve never had good customer service here. In fact the service has always been a dreadful part of coming here. Miss Kat was absolutely excellent today and this has brightened my experience here. Usually when I come in I am not greeted and the people who take my order act like they’re being held at gunpoint doing so. This place looks great and smells fantastic when you walk in but check your order before you leave. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel toasted. When I got home with my sandwich it wasn’t toasted and there was no bacon on it. In fact I’ve never got a toasted bagel there that was anywhere near toasted. This used to be a good place to grab some tasty breakfast. Think I’ll start looking for a new place
Best bagel place this side of NYC. Great bagels, bagel sandwiches, and cream cheeses. Service is excellent even when very busy.
