Kim was great and quick with communicating. This was the most reasonably priced insurance with very smooth sign up. Hope to never use the insurance, but nice to know im getting a good value for the coverage.
UN-NEIGHBORLY!!!! Tried changing my policy, Barry himself didn’t listen and got me set up with coverage I explicitly didn’t ask for. I ended up having to play a lot more for things i never wanted. They said “we want to refund it, but the company didn’t approve it”. Sounds more like more focus is on share holders than customers.
