i came in for a full head of highlights and Jess was absolutely amazing. My hair looks incredible and she was so lovely. She made sure i was comfortable the whole time and had anything i needed. i cannot recommend her enough!
Had appointment booked for ages and got called at 5.30 the night before to say it’s cancelled and nobody else could honour the appointment. First time booking and won’t be booking again, booked hair for a holiday so really important it was done.
Okay firstly Barry Alans is fantastic, they are so brilliant at catering to a customers every need. I feel so comfortable everytime I go in there and have to say all of the staff are fantastic and welcoming. The salon is clean and feels modern. There is a really lovely vibe on the floor with everyone chatting and the music in the back is lovely.
