For years, this office has been making mouthguards that break. I come back every year for a new mouthguard because they crack and fall apart. Dr Loughner also broke the mouthgaurd while removing it from my mouth while I was sitting in the dentist chair. It literally broke into his hands, not mine. Now they are trying to charge me $350 for mouthgaurd repairs. Beyond the thousands that insurance has already paid.
I have been a patient of Dr. Loughner for many, many years. Its close to 20 years. Dr. Loughner is a very good professional doctor. He knows what he is doing. He has greatly improved my life. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. I am so happy with him and his assistant Laura. I have only good things to say. I love them both.
