Dr. Frankel went above and beyond for my family, and I cannot recommend him enough. Over the weekend, my father suddenly began seeing a shadow in his eye, which was very concerning. Even though it was outside of regular office hours, Dr. Frankel took the time to guide me through at-home tests until my father could be seen that Monday morning. I am very disappointed with the service I received from this optical clinic. I previously purchased my glasses here, so when one of the temples broke, I trusted them to replace the parts. At the time of purchase, I was told the replacement temples would arrive within three days and that I would be notified as soon as they were ready. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received any call or update. I’ve been in a patient for years and Dr. Frankel is awesome! He takes his time explaining everything and really cares about his patients. His staff is a 10/10 very helpful and professional.

horrible quieren ser estafados pues vengan aquí te quieren obligar hacer chequeos que el seguro no cubre y supuestamente es obligado sin contar que una vez me dijeron que el seguro estaba cubriendo una parte del marco de los lentes y era mentira.

Horrible después del cambio de dueños de echo no veía nada con los espejos q m hicieron el trato malísimo pero malo y me fui sin espejuelo y todavía no recibo mis 415 foliares q me cobraron
