The circuit board burned out on our old furnace on a recent cold winter weekend. I called Barrtech and to my surprise the owner, Ryan, answered. He came over to do a check and gave us a couple of options. He also brought us space heaters to tie us over until the new furnace could be installed on Tuesday. This saved us a lot of money.
