Talked to the sales lady and asked if there was any rust on the 2018 Silverado (before we drove 2 1/2 hours) and was told there was no rust. She sent a video and made sure to not show the rocket panel on the passenger side where you could stick your finger in the rust hole. After arriving she played dumb but it turned out we were the second group standing there to look at the same truck that had been lied to. Buyer be warned they will tell you whatever needed too make the sell!
Piece of junk check engine light came on immediately after I bought the car and I just spent all my money on the car so I couldn’t just bring it up there and leave it by the time I was able to get the car up there. They’re saying that they cannot help me fix what was wrong with the car check engine light is still on.
We had a great experience with everyone at Barrow Auto! They have great prices, the trucks look great, and they went above & beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for our out of state purchase! Highly recommend!
Whoever details the cars on this lot does a phenomenal job!!! when looking at used cars I always look in the cracks and crevices bc you can find alot of nasty stuff in between those tight spaces. Hands down, this is the first used car lot that I’ve been to that has the cleanest cars!! As long as they keep the detailers, I will advertise JUST BECAUSE of how cleans these cars were!!
