I’m a co-signer for this apartment, and thankfully, I haven’t had to stay there because I’ve been out of town. But hearing about the nightmare my roommate has been dealing with makes me not want to go. Since day one, my roommate has been telling me about all the issues, like worms 🪱 randomly appearing in the carpet, the bathtub 🛁 inexplicably filling up with disgusting black water, and the house flooding every time it rains🤮🤮. The so-called “maintenance” team just comes in, dries the carpet with fans, and calls it a day.... read more
