Had to request delivery for my lunch. The The order arrived incomplete and the Door Dash driver didn't speak English, so I couldn't explain the problem. Paid extra for lousy service. I won't order delivery from Barro's again, and i will never knowingly use Door Dash
everyone working is so nice and always busy serving customers! witnessed an extremely rude and impatient patron (shout out to you, Paula!) verbally abuse the staff and ignore the 5 people waiting in line before her - not sure if shes too old to know how waiting in lines work or is simply incapable of being a decent human but either way, the staff handled it with grace and professionalism.
