Jeremy is absolutely exceptional, I’ve truly experienced top notch customer service today all thanks to him. Ordered a GF sandwich a GF pizza and regular pizza. They were out of GF bread and Jeremy called me to not only apologize but did what he could to make it RIGHT. He credited my account for the sandwich and took my husbands dietary sensitive replacement order over the phone. This is the type of service that should be acknowledged and celebrated.. Always consistent and get your order right. Never had a bad pizza from them no matter how busy they are. Manager took the time to speak to speak with me even though busy. Appreciate their service
