There was one employee working the front during a lunch rush and while I waited in line with some other co-workers I was able to see two employees in back area chatting it up instead of helping. This was embarrassing for myself as I typically have great experiences here but this was the last chance and my co-workers and I will be choosing somewhere else for lunch.
The hostess/server was unfriendly, very short in her responses, and not knowledgeable about the contents of the food. Both hostess and host told me the ravioli was egg free, and they were wrong. They never referenced an allergen menu or offered to check one. The pizza was just okay after waiting 45 minutes after ordering.
Great food, great experience! They even had cartoons on for the little ones!!
The gentleman at the front was very kind and helpful. Great service and food.
