Worst service I ever experienced.
Absolutely terrible consumer service....they are charging me an insane reconnect fee because apparently meter was tampered with....got into a almost fisical altercation with what looks to be nothing more then a meter maid... Barrontown utility sucks...I'll just have to see y'all in court because it's entirely to unsanitary to go without water....
The worst possible customer service imaginable. They have a monopoly on water and they know it.
The staff in the office are super friendly. They will help you as much as they can to resolve problems
