I woke up to a very cold house this morning. I sent a message and huddled down to wait (wasn’t even office hours yet) I did not have a long wait at all. The incredibly compassionate owner, Gerald, sent me a text and asked a couple questions then set up a time to come over as quickly as possible. When he got here he did some troubleshooting but it soon became apparent my blower was shot. Argumentative (they viscerally detest any thermostat besides the one they carry), and starts with the more expensive fix instead of diagnosing the whole system. Expensive and minimal explanation or help to inform you on how to maintain or check your system. But they will charge you like they did.

The companies technician Fazer, was AMAZING, no complaints about the work he did. The only reason we are giving 2 stars, is billing and being over charged. There was no cost break down showing how much labor, and parts cost. It's nice to see how much you are being charged. When i asked to see the cost the owner wanted to charge an extra $125 to "reopen" the file.
