The first time they delivered a pallet half full of dead grass. They were very difficult to deal with when asked to replace the dead turf. It also took them several weeks. This time, I thought we'd pick up a small load - 25 square metres - that we needed for the following day. Rang Thursday morning and she was going to get back to me. Didn't. Had to make a trip to Mareeba, so rang all day Friday and left messages. Even sent an email. Nothing. Rang again at 3pm (we'd driven to Mareeba at this stage) and she finally picks up. ... read more
Ordered grass twice within a week. First time was no issue at all, second time asked the day before pick up by phone how much the cost will be upon pick up. The next day the person who went to pick the grass up was made to pay a higher price. When I phoned to query the price of the phone conversation the day prior I was told that’s the price i had to pay & when I pointed out that the price didn’t add up with the m2 price of my last order of the same turf a week prior I received no response that’s where the phone call ended. ... read more
