Rita was very aggressive and mean to me as a young 17 yr old. She disregarded my thoughts on my body and its issues, and bullied me into using hormonal birth control against my better judgement. She shamed me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable seeking OB care in the future. Disgraceful behavior, disgraceful care; think twice before booking with this doctor, especially if you’re booking for a young patient.
Rita is a no-nonsense, lovely lady. She is a medical professional I recommend without reservation. She has been very thoughtful and straightforward helping me navigate menopause.
Unfortunately the front window person who is supposed to greet you doesn’t appear to have a customer service skills. Instead of letting you stand there and wait, she should acknowledge you and let you know she will be with in a minute. She opens the window and makes a snarky remark “it will be patient only no others can go back.” I just gave my daughter a ride I wasn’t intending on going back. Besides her lack of greeting Rita is very good to my daughter. I guess some people are just not friendly. Such a shame.
Although I did not appreciate the treatment from the management (Melanie) at this facility. Rita Barron was very knowledgeable thoughtful and thorough in her explanations. I 1000000% would recommend her.
