Went in to get shower door fixed. Ted was very helpful. Optimistic and confident that they could take care of it. Brought the door in and they repaired it that day. Everyone was polite and they threw in a few extras and loaded it into the vehicle as well. Excellent customer service!
Not happy that Barron did not make our shower door right. I'd really just like our money back. Glad others had a pleasant experience. We have not.
We have used Barron several times. They are professional, provide quality products, provide great customer service, and their prices are always competitive. It gets back to the old saying, "you get what you pay for!" Stop by their showroom in Chesterfield and check out their products for yourself.
My wife and I recently remodeled our bathroom which includes a large walk-in shower. We received quotes from several local glass contractors. The entire staff we dealt with at Barron (Shawn, Ted, and even Tom!) were always courteous, prompt, and gracious in their interactions with us.
