Wasn't planning on a replacement, but my Worcester Bosch was 25 years old. Got quotes from 4 companies and went with Barron after astronomical quote from British Gas and poor customer service from director of another local firm, who could've waived a silly fee in exchange for the install work. Barron did initial visit without charge and their engineer was extremely professional and worked hard. Highly recommended.

The last time I called them to fit a new shower valve they came and found I'd got the wrong part. They returned the next week to fit the correct part at no extra cost for wasted visit and very helpful.
We have used this company for nearly thirty years, since we moved to Swindon in 1997. They have never let us down and always come when they say they will, do what they say they will do and definitely do NOT overcharge.
