Terrible workmanship. Carpets installed 12 months ago are fraying and lifting from the edges. Had another flooring company attend and they have stated that it is one of the poorest installations they have seen.

This is the second home we have had our flooring done by Barritts and have been 100% happy every time. From the selection process with Lisa, to the installation, and finished product, everything has been perfect. With the installers even going the extra mile to lay down cardboard over our new flooring to protect it from other trades coming in and out. The process was smooth, friendly and definitely a positive experience. Thanks to the whole team.
Very nice until something goes wrong....then Lisa's true colors show...
Would never recommend this business ....didnt listen to my requirements when buying .. I needed flooring for an elderly person who is a high fall risk.....ended up with vinyl planks which we still can't safely walk on due to it's slipperiness, therefore being 'not fit for purpose'. Cost $6100 and One year on, they still haven't fixed the problem despite Lisa acknowledging that we were supplied the wrong product for our purpose in the first place.
