They ask all the pertinent questions at intake… make you feel important and that they care…tell you there is a $500 consultation fee for one hour, I thought that meant they could help me… was told to seek mediation or go to Small Claims court and get a paralegal to help me. I just received a follow up email questioning why I did not retain their services… really?? Unprofessional at best!
Wouldn’t even look at my issue. Simply told me to go elsewhere.
