I work with this company all the time with flawless closings. They go above and beyond to accommodate my clients schedules and place of closing. I truly appreciate that they will drive anywhere across the state of Michigan for my clients.
They completely screwed up closing documents causing us to have to appeal to the state to correct items. Do not trust them.
Avoid if possible! Not only did they screw things up when we bought our home (Forgot to put my partner on the deed which meant I had to fill out a separate quit claim deed months later). But they refused to help me years later when I needed a new quit claim deed drafted because it "wasn't connected to a sale of theirs" and told me to get a lawyer to handle it. Terribly unhelpful and incompetent team.
