Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Charged me a "business continuation fee" that they charge 3 months after you vacate and draw from your deposit, bar you from getting any mail forwarded AND attempt to CHARGE you for them to forward the mail. I was supposed to receive well over $1K for my deposit and instead got back $225 due to random fees for cleaning, supposed damage, etc. We occupied a cubicle and then a small office. They even took down their yelp due to their terrible reviews.
