It's not a one bedroom it's a studio, the internet is supposed to be included with your rent but it never works.(Which should be against their contract since they are scamming people) When it had rained and when the snow had melted the whole building flooded just about, and they have not remodeled the flooring, the walls or anything that put fans to dry up which can lead to black mold which from my understanding was confirmed there is mold in the walls and roof from the people they hired to fix it Some people are already hav... read more
Renter Warning I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this family/company to think twice. Almost three weeks ago, when the snow melted, water flooded my unit because the roof is in terrible condition. Since then, the roof has still not been properly repaired—it actually needs to be completely replaced, but they refuse to address it because of the cost. Erica is amazing great woman she will get you a place to stay she the real deal and she will give you a reasonable price the place is nice and furnished if you want it has free wi-fi and laundry facilities it's a safe and quiet place to stay y'all stop and see Erica at mc gowan flats
