Renter Warning I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this family/company to think twice. Almost three weeks ago, when the snow melted, water flooded my unit because the roof is in terrible condition. Erica is amazing great woman she will get you a place to stay she the real deal and she will give you a reasonable price the place is nice and furnished if you want it has free wi-fi and laundry facilities it's a safe and quiet place to stay y'all stop and see Erica at mc gowan flats

They excelled any & all expectations!! Eriyka is Amazing & made the entire experience smooth sailing! I have seen several reviews on these apartments but I must say what it use to be cannot be what it is now! Renovations have taken place it’s very obvious & it’s definitely quiet and the tenants you will run across are super friendly.
