Krystal is the most amazing criminal law lawyer I have ever had. She has represented someone I once knew closely and now she is representing myself!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience. Initially, there was a lack of proper communication—no prior notification via call or knock. When I reached out, I encountered a representative who was unhelpful and dismissive, displaying a concerning lack of empathy and willingness to understand my situation. Disheartening. The world we live in. 🙄😳😢. Thank you for your late, then never fictional reply. No recommendations were ever given due to the harsh reality.12
