Would’ve been a better review but they charged us a 20% large party fee for 4 people just because we were in a booth that they put us in. The food is decent but not for the price.
Pros: Food Tasted very good. Establishment was very well decorated. Cons: Service not so good! Small menu of set plates Had a larger menu that you needed to build yourself. They give you a little score sheet, You check everything off that you want. Kind of like you're bowling or something. So if you want something like no mushrooms, you got to try to hand write this in this tiny little space. This was some of the best Mexican food we have ever had! The Thai chili tofu and mango habanero sauce was delicious as well as the potatoes. The corn salsa was also so good. Margs were great. Highly recommend!!
I came into our dinner tonight very excited to try this place out for the first time! I was very disappointed, which is a bummer. The tacos were okay but we didn't finish them (we had a couple of specials and a few custom ones). The hard shell on two of them was overcooked, almost burnt. Tried Barrio Tacos for the first time last night and was looking forward to trying their tacos. Unfortunately, we ordered nachos and four tacos - two for me and two for my partner. When both of our tacos arrived, mine were very slim and did not have much content in them. Fine. However, one of them had no sauce in it, and which was fixed when i asked for some on the side.
