Absolutely top-notch care! Dr. Hoeltgen performed the duodenal switch on me. I had initially went in for the sleeve and he informed me that he believed that I would be happier end-game with the switch due to the addition of the malabsorptive aspect. Even tho it costed me more out of pocket, he was absolutely correct. Well worth it to finally feel absolutely sure I will reach my goal weight. My general practice doctor, Raymond Bianchi, suggested I see Dr. Hoeltgen regarding a possible groin hernia. On my initial visit he diagnosed it and recommended surgery. Front office was great-friendly and efficient. Had a successful surgery and 2 follow visits and now AOK. All 3 office visits were great. Staff was friendly and could not have been faster.
