Great place to live.
I guess the management only has time to send out stupid violations and tell what people can and can't do with the houses that doesn't even belong to the HAO! Man HAO sucks instead of sending out violations how about you do something about the people fighting over parking spots. Oh wait I forgot you don't need to really deal with that. They only have an issue when you try to make your home look nice.
Disorganized management at Barrington Sq and poor maintenance. I’ve lived here for months and they still cannot identify my deeded parking spot, yet they have no problem charging me for an extra one. The grounds are consistently covered in garbage, which is unacceptable given that they perform regular inspections. For the fees residents pay, the level of service and cleanliness should be significantly higher.
