Nice Basketball Court Gym And Pool!!!
The HOA is horrible - the office staff is horrible to deal with. They need to focus on hiring people for the office that can communicate well. We love our townhouse but the office staff needs to change.
The management company can be awful to work with- the employee in the office named Natalie is discriminatory, rude, and immature. It is a real shame as we have lived here for 12 years and enjoyed everything about it except for when having to deal with the folks in the front office. I highly recommend they rethink their communication style and approach to renters and homeowners in the neighborhood.
Management company is rude, the office staff are dismissive and unhelpful. Lived there for ten years and so happy to move away. It’s such a shame because the area and pool are nice. The HOA office is a pain to deal with and so their negative outweighed the positives.the maintenance crew works hard and is much better at communicating than the office.
