Barrington Saddlery is by far, the most outstanding company, with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, I have ever purchased from. Sarah went way beyond what I ever expected to help my granddaughter Abby with her custom boots. Kate has helped us more than once with questions. Jessica helped us at a show and many times after that on the phone. Pat helped me with clothing. Every person who has helped us at the store and at shows, has truly impressed me. I was very pleasantly surprised by this store. As someone who only rides western, I didn't expect to see anything at this store for me. Boy was I wrong! I was thrilled to see western saddles, tack, boots and hats. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The clearance section is the best I've seen at a tack shop. I will be coming back again and again!

Great service. I ordered custom Tucci boots through Barrington (even though I live in Arizona) and the Barrington team went to great lengths to make sure that everything was just right for me with these boots. I truly felt that they cared about getting everything right, and it is so refreshing to find that commitment to customer service.
