If you're looking for a luxury pool company that provides both outstanding craftsmanship and impeccable ongoing service, Barrington Pools is the gold standard.
Do not waste your time here, after the pool installation this company accepts zero responsibility and your warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. On open up they will need 3 visits for all the things they forget to do. I think they are living off a reputation that died long ago. They will use scare tactics of bad pool installations to get you to pay them 30 percent more than any other pool contractor. The quality isn’t any better they can’t even level the ground. You will be sold a bill of goods that they will not deliver on. I do believe that this was once a good company, that time came and went.
In 2004, we hired Barrington Pools to create a pool in our woodland setting. They did and the finished product met and exceeded our expectations: with waterfalls, grottos and a spa feature it is truly paradise! They have been taking care of our pool providing exceptional service: they are responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We highly recommend Barrington Pools. -JoEllen K.
