I do not recommend this office at all. The staff is very nice, but the communication and billing are horrendous. The website no longer works, the phone system does not always send you where you are supposed to go, and if you have an abnormal pregnancy, they are not proactive about helping you find answers. I called to pay a bill over 4 months ago, and the office has yet to process the payment. I called to speak with the office manager multiple times, and she was never in the office. The Drs and staff were all wonderful throughout my pregnancy and delivery!
DR ANN WARREN was very professional and got back to me about my results promptly. She was very thorough during my appt. Staff is friendly. Office space located in Good Shepherd medical office building. She could have been a little bit more personable, other than that, no complaints.
Routine billing issue. Billing department (contractor) was rude. Office Mng agreed to communicate required information to insurance carrier. Next heard from legal department (contractor) who was also rude. Office Manager agreed to take care of required information again. Next heard from collection agency. Office Mng would neither take my calls or those from BCBS, insurance carrier. Finally had to call emergency number to have them take care of business.
