Impression of a sleepy eyed driver through the rear view mirror and suspicious looking item in drivers side door pocket. Immediately requested to get out of the car. Tried to support a local small business but found the call center had zero professionalism and no customer service skills. Denied any refund. Regardless, feeling safe is priceless and worth any inconvenience.
