The receptionist is unbearably rude. I called to make an appointment for a new patient and was basically yelled at! She would ask me questions and then talk over me. My mother had to call to ask a question about insurance and had the same experience. The whole family listened on speaker phone while she had no patience for simple everyday requests. Our third phone call was to cancel.
Called this office to obtain a fax number since we have a mutual patient. My phone call was answered with the MOST rudest front desk staff when I called. Deflected, spoke over me, and very rude. The Dr is great. The staff is the problem.
Dr.Papa and her team are the best of the best. The care and compassion they demonstrate from start to finish of any interaction is top notch. I feel well cared and highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Ruksana Papa never checked my FIL A1c or sugars in over 12 months at his assisted living. His diabetes is out of control now. He became her patient approximately 14 months ago with known diabetes. She would pop in randomly about 1 once a month... didn't help much.
