It has been the second time building with Barrington Homes and the experience and quality both times has been flawless, from start to finish. We love our Barrington home! From the start of the design process right through to completed build, Barrington were fantastic to deal with. Personalised design amendments were no problem & the quoting process was fair and transparent. Our site was challenging with flood & bushfire issues but everything was dealt with to exceed council requirements and Barrington handled all the necessary paperwork. We had a magnificent house built custom by Barrington Homes. This was a one of kind custom European masterpiece. They were extremely easy to deal with right through the process and and it had been during covid times which made it difficult to source material and trades and they handled it with complete ease. The house is now sold and set a record for non waterfront in Kiama, a testament to the build and quality of the home. We will be using them again and again for all our projects.
