I have gone to this office for years and have never had an issue. Today I was 4 minutes late for my appointment, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me when I got there about me being late for my appointment, with the OFFICE MANAGER sitting right behind her, she told me I would need to reschedule my appointment. I explained that my husbands car broke down and we are currently sharing a car so I was late because I had to wait for him to get home with the car in order to come to my appointment. As I read the reviews I see that many people have had a great experience here. Most of those people are speaking on their services for pregnant women. I went here in search just for an annual checkup to make sure I was healthy. I began with Dr Estes who I liked but who no longer works at the practice. I then went to doctor Kilgore who completely dismissed me and my concerns. Finally I went to Dr Herbosheimer. I had a standard std screening which came back positive, reported to me over the phone (not by the doctor) with no di... read more
