I called asking for assistance, Bill immediately responded, and addressed my issue—product defect. He came out that day, presented to the manufacturer via their help line. I am waiting for a replacement product. Count me as a fully satisfied customer!

Bill and his staff did such a great job . They come out and measure and bring the color samples. The installation is also fantastic.
