I visited a relative who resided at BC and found out that the original owner, Dave Coughlin, passed away years ago. As we walked the property and we talked extensively how things have changed. Under Mr Dave's management- maintenance and upkeep were priority, and the office manager Helene K was dutiful, friendly, and respectful. Came to visit my grandkids trash every wear, stove hasn't worked over 3 months, bullet holes in window sink leaks mildew in closet and bathroom services orders put in never taken care of in 3 years rental prices are good most neighbor's 👍 new owners suck
