Neighborhood is great but the attention of the office ladies is bad! As well as the maintenance crew.

I visited a relative who resided at BC and found out that the original owner, Dave Coughlin, passed away years ago. As we walked the property and we talked extensively how things have changed. Under Mr Dave's management- maintenance and upkeep were priority, and the office manager Helene K was dutiful, friendly, and respectful. Helene K walked the property, posted notices, she answered all calls, and provided copies of maintenance requisitions and the status - the parking lot was monitored, and she scheduled monthly apartmen... read more
