I was scheduled for an appointment today at 2pm. My provider calls and tells me she is going to be late, totally fine. I go into the clinic and it is closed. I try to call the office and no one picks up. If you need mental health support, please do not come here. The staff shows no compassion in helping their clients clear by the sequence of events that I went through today. This is truly the most incompetent office staff that I have dealt with.
Omg They are the most dysfunctional office staff. They dont know what there doing.
