1. Not paid for this review :) 2. As someone who has reviewed a lot of other units in the area for the same price range ($700-950), you won't find anything else like these units. You get a dishwasher and washer/dryer, which *does not* exist at any other unit in Champaign or Urbana at this time. 3. Can't speak for anyone else, but Ann (Manager) has been stellar. Great living experience!! Ann, the property manager, is friendly and always attentive to maintenance requests! You definitely get the bang for your buck

Gives the run around when inquiring about apartments. Every week they tell you to “call back next week” because they will have something available, and then tell you nothing is available. Cat and mouse games.
