As others have commented, this association never sent a bill to my address. All I got were text messages, with an abbreviated form of the business name that I was completely unfamiliar with, saying I owed money and a link to click on. As a general rule, I do not click on links in text messages from unknown numbers or businesses. This is not a comment on the medical competence of the practitioners, rather that their business practices are sketchy at best. After receiving services during a surgical procedure at ********************** my insurance was billed and promptly paid the majority of the bill, but no bill for the remaining balance was ever sent to me. Instead about 9 weeks later I get a bill from a collections service for that balance, which I promptly paid.
