We had an incredible experience with a build on your lot with Barringer Homes. They were accomodating and worked with us to find the right layout for our family. As a real estate agent as well, I've seen lots of issues with other builders and found their team to be extremely responsible and they consistently met their timelines and pricing in an environment met with overruns and delays. We've been in our home for 3 years and are consistently complimented by the finish level and layout.
I am extremely disappointed with the approach this builder continuesto take in our neighborhood. Their primary focus is clearly maximizing their profit by constructing oversized homes that are completely out of scale with the surrounding community. There's no consideration for the existing character of the neighborhood or the people who already live here. All they care about is building huge houses to sell for the maximumprofit.
