Last year, we purchased a property marketed as a "luxury" remodel by Barriere Constructions. While the property initially appeared impressive, it unfortunately revealed several significant issues upon closer inspection throughout the year. We used Barriere to build our home back in 2022... the team was often combative to work with and now I can't get anyone out to complete warranty work. My home's been done for nearly 2 years now. Could not and would not currently recommend them to anyone I know.
Adam did a great job finishing our basement. He is great to work with and has quality subcontractors. I could not be happier with his performance
Barriere Construction did a bathroom remodel and it was amazing! We came in under budget which is unheard of in home remodeling! They were very helpful with providing us with a process for selections and schedule of work. I am very happy with their service.
