He lied about it all. Didn't call or show for the appt & stated when I called did u miss ur appt?? No u did....& said because I'm not a homeowner I can't get approved unless I can shake his hand & promise to pay a yr in advanced. If it's a contract why do you need to Meet again & touch me ??
