Steve and the team at BRP Joondalup have done a great job of helping us to achieve our dream pool! We are so happy with how it looks, yet to really experience how it runs, and maintenance etc, but for now we are very happy and feel like we were well looked after. We went with the caprice slimline for smaller backyards, and it’s perfect. We had the most amazing experience from meeting with tony at the display showroom in Mandurah through to the end product. The whole team is great to communicate with & very helpful with all of their knowledge in the pool industry. We can not wait to enjoy summer in our new pool. ☺️
Pool shell had no defects and condition was perfect. No issues with the installation and the service was fantastic. Thank you to everyone.
The pool was manufactured on time and we loved the colour! the quality was excellent and there was no damage or any imperfection on the shell. The appearance was on point in person once the pool was filled comparing it from the display centre and brochure too!
