Amalfi 4.2 x 2.8 royal jade. Sooo happy, can’t wait to get in our new pool once the weather warms up. Install was June 2025. The Team at BRP were fantastic from sales to install to handover and aftercare and support. Communication was excellent. New to pool ownership so what was a little daunting turned out to be a seamless and stress free journey. Highly recommended thank you to all involved we are thrilled with our new pool!

One of the worst customer experiences i have had to date. 4 days out from scheduled pool dig a refund was given. This was due to rubbish customer service, price increases almost every time I spoke to someone. Even though a refund was given It cost me significant expenses. I would not use barrier reef pools or factory pools.
My family and I are delighted with our new pool from BRP. They were recommended by word of mouth from a number of sources including our opposite neighbours and the landscaping company that we have also engaged. We just need some warmer weather and for the surrounding landscaping to be completed so that we can have our first dip. The whole project from selection through to installation was very well managed.
